The Officers and Members of Swedesburg Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank John and Rich of MESFire who were in station today to set up our new rescue tools! Starting last year, the Upper Merion Township Firemen’s Relief Association started looking into replacing our aging rescue tools through out the Township. After multiple demonstrations and meetings the Relief decided to go with Hurst eDraulic tools. The first batch was ordered last month and delivered yesterday. Over the next couple of years the Relief plans to upgrade the remaining tools in the township. Today John and Rich went to the three stations to set up the tools. The tools will go into service once factory training is completed and tools are mounted. Thanks again John and Rich!
