A little after midnight this morning Squirt 56 responded as mutual aid to Norristown Fire Department for a house fire on the 900 Blk. of W. Airy St. Quint 27 arrived to a working fire on the third floor of a middle of the row house and began fire attack. Squirt 56 arrived as second due, stretching a second hand line and opening up for Quint 27’s crew on the third floor. Squirt 56 assisted on scene for approximately two hours before returning to Upper Merion. No injuries were reported. The fire is currently under investigation.
