The New Car 56-3

On July 2nd of this year the new Car 56-3 was placed in service. The new vehicle is a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV. The command vehicle is outfitted with sound off signal lighting, a command box, 5 gas meter, thermal imaging camera, and miscellaneous hand tools. The Tahoe replaces the 2015 Ford Expedition which will now serve as Utility 56-3 and will be utilized for fire police, personnel transport, and other fire department activities.
